We are delighted to invite you to join us at our annual Thanksgiving buffet dinner at Hotel Arts. The chefs are preparing another spectacular Thanksgiving Dinner especially for the American Society. The buffet, with all the traditional dishes and then some, includes:
Soup:
- Celery Root Bisque with Fresh Thyme & Spanish Ham

- Smoked Chicken with Sautéed Apples, Raisins & Sour Cream Dressing
- Mixed Greens with Pomegranate Seeds, Pine Nuts & Maple Roasted Pears

- Slow Roasted Whole Turkey with Traditional Herb Au Jus Gravy

- Polenta Corn Cakes with Wild Mushroom Pan Roast
